The 6th Biennial Opening African Lodge No. 459 M. W. Prince Hall Grand Lodge Of MA Pursuant to your instructions, the following is the proposal for the trip to Boston, MA to be a part of the opening of African Lodge No. 459. The MWPHGL – DE will not be liable for any expenses related to the trip to Boston, MA. If we do not have enough participants to pay for the trip, we will have to modify the trip. Destination: Boston Massachusetts Dates of conference: 4-23-2010 through 4-24-2010 Transportation: Jorlin Tours & Charter (45 passengers) Transportation Cost: $90 per person Departure Locations: Milford 654 N. Dupont Blvd (Bonanza) - 1:00 am 4-23-10 Dover 515 N. Dupont Hwy (Kmart) - 1:45 am 4-23-10 New Castle IHOP – Path Mark parking lot - 2:45 am 4-23-10 Return to Delaware 4-25-10 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Lodging: Marriott, 1200 Crown Colony Dr., Quincy Mass. (Cost $102.04 Dbl Occupancy Only/Single Occupancy is $204.04) Non-Refundable Deposit of $50 per person due by 3-19-10 covers transportation only. Remaining balance of $142.04 per person is due by 3-26-10.
